Service Operations Management

Who is the programme for? 

This course is for anyone involved in the design, delivery and improvement of services. This could include operations managers with responsibility for the design and delivery of services, service managers who are seeking to improve service quality, productivity and effectiveness, management consultants who advise clients on service development, and service designers seeking to design and deploy new services.

Entry requirements

You will need either a first degree or have at least five years relevant work experience. A basic knowledge of IT skills and browsing is also required and please note that the course will be undertaken beyond the reach of employer firewalls. 

English language requirements

Our executive programme is conducted in English, and participants are expected to be able to understand and contribute to discussions. A usual requirement if English is not your first language, is that you would have a full professional proficiency having worked in an English speaking environment, or that you would have graduated from an English speaking university. If English is not your first language, we may require evidence of your proficiency.
