The 2020 Warwick Summer School on Practice and Process Studies

The Warwick Summer School on Practice and Process Studies will be organized as an online event. This will consist of an online community (where participants can engage with pre-recorded videos, readings, discussion forum, networking tools etc. ) and LiveSessions (in which participants can interact with each other and the speakers).

Please, register for the general programme if you have received, by email, an offer of admission to the general programme, or a confirmation of your participation.
The deadline for registration is June 17th.

The University processes your information in order to take payment to register you for the event and to enable you to access it. It will also be used to set you up as part of the school online community. This will enable you to interact with the University, speakers and others. We will also use your information to contact you about any future events.
It is anticipated that some or all of the following types of information will be processed: your name, contact details, LinkedIn profile, date of booking, fee paid, marketing preferences, communications with the University and others, learning materials downloaded and your submissions made through the website.
Our legal basis to process your information is varies depending on what we are doing with your information. For instance you are asking us to take steps with a view to there being a contract between us and to perform the contract (provision of learning and your interaction with the University and others) itself. We also process your information to enable us to perform a task in the public interest (education and collaboration) and in the legitimate interests of the University – the efficient and effective running of the event.
We will share your information internally within the University to enable you to play an active part in the event. We will not share your information with anyone outside the University except where (in future) someone agrees to be a moderator of the site in which case we will share some information with them to enable them to communicate with you and to enable you to take collaborate and engage with others through the site.
We will retain some of your information for a period of one year after the end of the school event. This will typically be your name, contact information and when you participated in the school.
You have certain rights in relation to your information for instance a right of access or to rectify any inaccurate information held by us. You also have a right to restrict or object to what we do with your information if you wish to do so. You also have a right to have your information erased.
