Covid-19 has challenged health, care and public health services in ways not seen in a professional lifetime. But in the midst of mounting a crisis response there is also evidence of unprecedented innovation, unparalleled collaboration and the deployment of the tools of improvement in creative ways, to shape and redesign services at extraordinary pace.
